Superbuy Spreadsheet 2026: Find Clothes, Sneakers and Plan Shipping Costs

Find clothes and sneakers in the Superbuy Spreadsheet. Compare source links and reference prices, then plan your item budget, packaging and shipping costs.

Use a Superbuy Spreadsheet to turn a broad shopping idea into a shortlist of product links you can compare. From the Superbuy Spreadsheet homepage, open the searchable product directory and start with a garment type, shoe model or SB number. The aim is to find the right item and understand its reference price before deciding how much of your budget is left for delivery.

This 2026 guide follows that decision from clothes and sneakers to a complete basket. The directory helps you discover and save listings; orders and payments take place on the buying platform. A price on a product card is a starting point for comparison, not a delivered total.

Build a shortlist around the clothes and shoes you need

For clothing, search for the piece you want to wear rather than an entire outfit. A term such as “cardigan” or “zip-up hoodie” gives you a useful group to browse. The Women category is another starting point, but clothing is also organized by garment type. If a style is missing there, search the full catalog before assuming the listing is unavailable.

Look closely at what each record describes. A picture of a matching top and trousers does not necessarily mean the price includes both. Before comparing two outfits, establish whether each listing covers one garment, a set or several separately priced options. Then compare measurements for the selected piece, rather than treating the same letter size as an identical fit.

In the Shoes spreadsheet, begin with the model name or number if you have one. If you are exploring styles, try a shorter term such as “running” or “sneaker,” then narrow the results. Those words match saved listing information; they do not establish a shoe’s suitability for sport. A model name in the title also does not establish authenticity.

Open a promising card to see its product detail page. Keep the SB number with your notes so you can find that record again, especially when several cards have similar pictures. You can also use Add to Cart to save candidates in the current browser. That saved list is useful for planning, but it does not create or synchronize an order on Superbuy. For a walkthrough of the search itself, use How to Use a Superbuy Spreadsheet to Find Products.

Compare the source and selected option before the price

A useful comparison starts with two listings for the same thing. On each detail page, follow the source reference and check the model, color, size and included pieces. Where recorded SKU options are shown, use them to identify the option you want, then confirm it on the live listing. SKU means a particular product variation, such as one color and size.

Check source item IDs as well as pictures. Two directory records that point to the same seller item are not independent price quotations. Conversely, similar images with different source IDs may refer to different sellers or versions. A Yupoo album can help identify a style, but an album image alone does not settle which purchasable listing or option matches it.

Read the displayed currency and conversion note alongside the amount. A USD reference converted from a saved CNY price may differ from the amount charged when you order. The selected variation, the current seller price and payment conversion can all affect the comparison. Keep the product link, option wording and observed price together so you do not accidentally compare one seller’s basic option with another seller’s more expensive version.

Give each candidate a place in the total budget

Once you have a shortlist, separate item costs from costs shared by the basket. Record the quantity and selected-option price for each garment or pair, then add any domestic delivery charge shown for getting it to the warehouse. Keep optional services, payment costs, international shipping and destination charges as separate entries. The payment and total-cost guide explains how to keep those stages distinct.

This also makes price differences easier to judge. A cheaper pair is only a saving if you are comparing the same version and accounting for the costs that change with it. Do not assume that adding a low-priced garment leaves shipping unchanged, or that removing a shoe box will always lower the bill. The result depends on the parcel and the route’s billing rules.

Treat coupons as a possible adjustment after you have a workable budget. Apply a discount only when the buying platform actually accepts it for your order, and record which charge it reduces. This guide does not supply a coupon code or include an assumed discount in the total.

Plan shoe shipping from the parcel, not the product thumbnail

To work out the Superbuy shipping cost for shoes, you need more than the item price: the destination, number of pairs, packed weight, parcel dimensions and packaging choice all matter. Keeping retail boxes may change the space the parcel occupies. Clothes added to the same shipment change its weight and may change its dimensions, so compare the complete proposed parcel rather than a freight figure borrowed from another buyer’s haul.

Volumetric weight is a way of converting parcel dimensions into a billing weight. A route can compare that figure with the actual scale weight and apply its own rounding, minimums and restrictions. Use the divisor and conditions stated for the route you are considering. The shipping-cost planning guide explains the inputs; this directory’s weight calculator performs arithmetic and does not return a live freight quote.

When comparing route estimates, keep the destination and parcel details the same. Read what the quoted amount includes, how the delivery estimate is defined and whether the contents meet the route’s conditions. Buying the goods, waiting for the seller to dispatch and processing the warehouse parcel happen before international transit, so a transit estimate on its own is not an order-to-door promise.

Keep the shortlist editable until those costs are clear. Save the product pages and chosen options, compare a parcel with and without the items you are undecided about, and return to the saved source links when you are ready to order. That connects product discovery to a budget you can evaluate without treating a reference price as the final bill.
