Order Statuses and Delays: Find the Stage That Needs Help

Identify whether the problem is with purchasing, the seller, warehouse receipt or an international parcel.

Start with the last confirmed event, not the number of days since payment. An item order and an international parcel are different records. A tracking number can exist before a carrier receives the package.

Match the stage to the right question

StageWhat to checkWhere to ask and what to send
Paid, purchase not completedUnanswered option, stock or payment requestOrder enquiry: order ID, payment status and selected variant
Purchased, seller has not dispatchedPromised dispatch date, preorder or stock issueOrder enquiry: seller promise and request for revised dispatch or cancellation options
Domestic shipmentCarrier tracking and delivery eventPurchasing platform; for self-purchased forwarding, also contact your seller
Delivered, not yet visible in warehouseCorrect warehouse/account reference and all package numbersWarehouse enquiry: tracking, delivery timestamp, contents and account reference
Stored, checks incompleteOutstanding photos, measurements or return requestItem/order enquiry: the exact unanswered request
Parcel submitted, not collectedPayment, packing or handover stageParcel enquiry: parcel ID and submission date
International movement or local deliveryLast actual scan and final carrierPlatform parcel support; local carrier for a failed delivery or collection instruction

Send one message that can be acted on

Use this structure: “Order [reference], variant [selection]. Last confirmed event: [event/date]. Expected event: [seller or platform message]. Please confirm [one next action]. Attached: [relevant evidence].” Keep replies in the same thread so the history stays connected.

When the seller misses a promise

Ask for a revised dispatch date or the available cancellation route. Do not purchase a replacement until you understand the first order’s cancellation state. If the parcel is already internationally dispatched, changing a seller order is no longer the same as stopping that parcel.

Do not let an investigation hide another deadline

While waiting, check storage expiry, return eligibility and any carrier response deadline. Keep screenshots of the dates shown in your account. This directory cannot inspect private order statuses; use the provider that holds the record.
