Buying from 1688 with Superbuy: A Wholesale Checklist
Plan a 1688 sample order, minimum quantities, seller specifications and inspection requirements before a larger purchase.

A low 1688 unit price is only the beginning of a wholesale decision. Confirm the price tier for your actual quantity, whether colors and sizes can be mixed, the supplier dispatch plan and exactly what a sample represents. Compare the delivered cost of usable units rather than the lowest advertised price.
Before placing a sample order
- Write a specification covering material, dimensions, color, packaging and acceptable variation.
- Ask which quantity triggers each price tier and whether the quoted stock is ready to dispatch.
- Agree how short counts, wrong variants and visible defects will be documented.
- Ask the agent which receiving and inspection services apply to this particular seller and order.
Inspection is conditional
Superbuy's published 1688 conditions distinguish products with specified store protections from products without them. Sampling, photos and after-sales support differ between those groups. Do not assume that a wholesale carton receives the same checks as a single retail purchase.
For a repeat order, keep the approved sample specification and ask the supplier to confirm any material or packaging change. A successful first sample does not establish that every later batch is identical.
