Quality-control research starts with a question you can answer from evidence. Ask whether the received item matches your chosen size, color and quantity, whether visible damage is present, and which details remain unchecked.
Build an evidence folder
- The seller listing and selected variant.
- Images of the received unit rather than promotional pictures alone.
- Measurements relevant to fit or compatibility.
- Notes about missing accessories, defects and unresolved questions.
A general warehouse photo cannot establish fabric composition, long-term durability, water resistance or brand authenticity. Ask about specialist checks when those properties matter. The articles below explain what to record for each product type.
