How to Use Superbuy: From Product Link to Delivery
A practical Superbuy buying workflow: source selection, order notes, warehouse checks, parcel preparation and delivery tracking.
Prepared by Superbuy Spreadsheet Editorial · Reviewed 23 October 2026 · Independent research directory.
Start with an exact product link and a written specification. A buying agent connects several separate transactions: buying from the seller, receiving the goods in China and arranging international shipment. A spreadsheet is a discovery aid, not the seller or the shipping contract.
A useful first-order sequence
- Save the source URL, variant, quantity and seller size chart.
- Submit those details to Superbuy and read any purchase restrictions before paying.
- Record the seller dispatch and warehouse receiving dates separately.
- Review the inspection evidence available for that order type; ask about missing measurements before shipment.
- Compare eligible routes using the packed parcel measurements and destination.
- Keep the final invoice, tracking number and delivery evidence.
Where first orders go wrong
Do not treat an album photo as proof of available stock, or a warehouse status as international dispatch. If you need an item for an event, work backwards from the required arrival date and leave room for seller delays, warehouse work and border processing. Begin with a manageable order so that you can learn the workflow without committing a large budget.
