Sneaker QC: Model Details, Size and Photo Checklist
Check the selected sneaker variant, fit measurements, visible condition and packing before shipping.

For sneakers, record the exact variant, size system and whether the retail box is part of the purchase. A photograph of a similar pair is not evidence about the pair received at the warehouse.
Request views that answer specific questions
- Both shoes together, including the size labels.
- Front, rear, side and outsole views.
- Close-ups of any visible damage or mismatched detail.
- Fit measurements only where a consistent method is available.
Compare the received pair with the seller specification and your own fit requirements. Perspective can distort shape, and lighting can distort color. Do not turn a visual checklist into a claim that an item is authentic or equivalent to a retail product.
Decide the packing requirement
If you need the box intact, specify that before packing. Otherwise compare a compact protective option with the full-box option. Keep purchase records and original item information; route eligibility and final freight still need a current parcel assessment.
